Binding conditions, assumptions, input provenance, known limitations, and reasons a conclusion may be unavailable.

The modeled quantities and screening outcome with dataset, model, and schema versions. Economics remain unestimated unless separately scoped.

What the reviewer is being asked to decide; what has not been assessed; and a clear distinction between report acceptance and operating permission.
Stable versions support a defensible review
A published version binds the snapshot, narrative, HTML brief, PDF, and export. Corrections create a new version. Withdrawn or unavailable artifacts must not silently resolve to another result.
